Tom built and managed supply-side and data science teams at Criteo in London. With in-housing starting to take root, he acted as CEO to reposition Yieldr and founded Labmatik in 2015, a consultancy correcting programmatic underperformance. Tom has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

He began his career as a commercial photographer and later led Yahoo’s EMEA Advertising Marketplace. He also led Omnichannel at the German retailer Karstadt.
John is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director/Chairman for Transmission, Oliver, FEED, Been There Done That (BTDT), AML and Octopus Group. He also provides consultancy services to The European Golf Tour and The Business Model Company. He previously was responsible for all of
Publicis Specialised Agencies and Marketing Services (SAMS) from early 2003. He also was President and CEO of D’ Arcy Worldwide, President of the IMP (now ‘Arc’) and has client-side experience with Atlas Copco, Butlins UK and LRC International. John is the current Master of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, an Honorary President of the Institute of Sales Promotion and a Founder Member of the Direct Marketing Association of Great Britain. He has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University, where he is now Visiting Professor of Marketing.
